About US Telecom Group

US Telecom Group was founded in 2005 as a two person agency working out of a single room office in a hazardeous waste building painted bright pink. When vendors came to visit, they all drove past, not believing we could be in such a building. Today, we have over twenty-eight people representing US Telecom Group through out the U.S. The USTG headquarters is in Chicopee, Massachusetts in the Cabotville Industrial Park, which is listed on the National Historical Register list. 

US Telecom Group has grown into a multi-million dollar business through delivering the services and support clients expect. Our primary business focus is on government, education, healthcare and non-profit organizations.  We leverage our in-depth experience with government contracts to bring solutions to our clients that meets their complex and strict guidelines in the public sector today.

US Telecom Group has additional sales offices in Boston, New York City & St. Petersburg, Florida.

About Our Leadership
Co-founders' Joey Sutton & Greg Howard
US Telecom Group was co-founded by Joey Sutton and Greg Howard in 2005 after working together in the telecom industry.

Joey Sutton

Joey Sutton has over fifteen years in the telecom industry. He started out with Arch Paging providing pager services to the healthcare industry. He then spent several years with Network Plus and Lightship Telecom as one of the most success account executives in the history of the companies.
Joey attend American International College and Westfield State University majoring in Elementary Education.  He is a current board member of the West Springfield School Committee. Joey is an active member of the community, volunteering on numerous non-profit fundraising committes and coaching little league basketball, soccer and softball. Joey resides in West Springfield, MA with his wife Adrienne and two children, Alexanna and Carlee. 

Greg Howard

Greg Howard has twenty-one years in the telecom industry. He started his career as a programmer in the hospital information systems industry with Meditech out of Norwood, MA. He then transitioned into sales with CTC Communications as an Authorized Agent for New England Telephone, now Verizon as well as SNET, Southwestern Bell, Bell South and AT&T selling network services. Greg then went on to work for Network Plus out of Quincy, MA holding various sales and management positions. From there he took a position with Nextel as Senior Government Sales Manager handling a team of government account executives covering Western Massachsuetts, Connecticut and various NY State Agencies in and throughout the NY tri-state area. He is a past board member of the Channel Partners Conference Advisory Board. Greg  holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Western New England University. Greg resides in Northampton, MA  with his wife Paige and three children, Sydney, Jocelyn, and Owen.
